The Work

Co-creating leaders, cultures & futures

The why to The Work -

Our purpose as a group is clear across 3 levels interconnected of work - ourselves, our clients and the greater world.

As a collaborative collective, we enable evolution in ourselves as a collaborative collective striving for excellence in our work and scale in our impact.

As guides to self, team and organisational development, we enable to evolution of our clients as purposeful organisations, fostering meaningful work and shifts towards regenerative contribution to the world.

Through the shared endeavours of our group and our clients, as well as sharing knowledge, practices and approaches openly and widely, we will contribute to the shift towards regeneration in the broader world, including our communities, institutions and societies.

Our programs are all bespoke.

Each program is co-designed by a nominated client group including key stakeholders are program participants, along with our team.

Our aim is to nurture development and growth of capability.

Programs are highly interactive, action-based-learning, based on living-systems theory and practice, self-organising entity concepts and developmental capability-building processes.

Our group was formed with the shared belief that developing leaders is vital work for our organisations, communities and societies to thrive.

That with better leaders, we can create a better world.

Our approach to leadership development activates the combination of deep inner development work and collaborative co-creative capabilities required to thrive in today’s acutely demanding commercial, governance and compliance environments.

Bespoke living-systems based programs co-designed with participants ensure a precise fit to needs of each leader, team and organisation who engage us.

Our multi-decade experienced practitioners engage as Coaches, Designers and Facilitators alongside our clients, providing interactive developmental experiences to empower and enable participants at every level at each stage of program design and delivery.

Our group’s work in culture recognised that much of organisational culture is defined and embodied by the leaders (formal and informal) at all levels and in various roles.

Integrated with our approach to leadership, we approach culture development as the conscious design of intentionally curated conditions, practices and processes through which an organisations desired culture can manifest into daily experiences of all employees, customers and suppliers, extending out into the broader network of communities.

Our approach to cultures grounded in deep practice of living systems-based organisational design and development, including processes emerging from Participatory Leadership, Self-Organising Teams, Integrated Innovation and place-sourced work design.

Cultures emerge at the team level with direct mutual linkage to the overall organisational culture, interacting with, learning from and adapting to each employee, customer and supplier experience.

This dynamic approach has co-created organisational cultures with highly engaged employees, resilient adaptive processes and inspired customers enabled by mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

The flow-through from our philosophy of leadership and culture is that developing both can create better futures - futures that are more just, generative and nurturing to future generations.

Building capability in the present day by working intentionally with possible futures, our approach to strategy generation creates both increased range of strategic foresight and enhanced capability to create actionable pathways to realise desired futures outcomes.

Often co-created alongside a systemic network of stakeholders including customers and key suppliers, this approach to futures development enlivens all participants, grounds organisations in both pragmatic and inspirational visions of possible futures and provides meaningful experiences through which to bring life, will and energetic resources to move collaboratively towards desired future versions of the organisation and it’s impact in the world.
