Becci Clarke, Founding Partner (based in Perth, Australia)
Becci is a leader, consultant, facilitator, and coach with a passion for helping people and organisations connect and unlock their potential. With more than 20 years’ experience across government, not-for-profit, and corporate sectors in the UK and Australia, she brings deep expertise in people and culture, strategic planning, organisational development, and behaviour change.
Her work is grounded in the belief that strong leadership and intentional culture-building - both in organisational teams and in community settings - create the conditions for more compassionate and fruitful futures. Becci is known for her ability to connect with people, identify patterns and barriers at the core level, and co-create practical pathways for change that are strategic, yet practical and human-focused.
Becci brings a diverse background to 4i spanning an early military career through expansive and high-level consulting, executive leadership, and community-based social enterprise - supporting organisations to build capability, clarity, and resilience for the future.
Tim Collings, Founding Partner, based in Shoalhaven NSW, Australia
Tim is an established leader with a career including corporate Executive roles in multinationals, an extensive enterpreneural tenure and advisory roles in not-for-profit and start-up Board roles.
He brings to 4i his experience, passion and devotion to the potential for leaders, cultures, futures to intertwine as interdependent core development processes to drive organisational performance, meaningful work and systemic change towards regenerative organisations, communities and societies.
Tim's experience includes over 25 years partnering with organisations to develop capability in leaders, teams and stakeholder communities, including several advanced modalities of coaching, organisational design and development, learning design and regenerative enablement.
Sue Glendenning, Founding Partner, based in Melbourne, Australia
Sue uses her corporate background and a further 20 years as a qualified coach to work with leaders who want to create the best possible conditions, environment and opportunities for themselves and their teams to thrive. She has experience at senior management level, managing projects and teams, and working in collaborative processes to explore possibilities for sustainable change.
Having a success mindset and managing the pressures of life challenges is the approach Sue supports, and embracing opportunities with organisational cultures, social justice, regeneration and sustainability projects is a priority. Sue connects easily with people and her ability to relate honestly is reflected in her passion for enabling strong leadership, cultures and futures by identifying and recognising the challenges which often inhibit growth.
Sue brings to 4i an abundance of diverse experience in management through to senior Executive roles in corporate followed by an extensive coaching career supporting emerging leaders and established Executives in organisations big and small from a vast range of sectors, business models and geographies.

It depends!
Each of our Partners and Associates has specific capabilities and skills which do align to specific services we provide. Depending on what you need, will to an extent define who you work with.
Within certain services, such as Coaching, where multiple members of the team have applicable experience, we have developed a 'Matching' process to align you wish the post suitable of our team to choose from. You meet them, and you decide who to work with.
