Better World Leaders Podcast Guest Questionnaire

This questionnaire is designed to give a baseline for our discussion on the podcast.

By no means feel obliged to respond extensively here, dot points or lists are just fine, it's really just to help me get a sense for how you strive to make the world better through your leadership and what the main focal points of our conversation should be.

As you'll see there's a section for you to cite any particular sites, products or launches that you'd like to promote on the show - we're all about advocacy for those in the Better World Leader's community so please do add in as much in here as you'd like. All will be included in the show notes, and I will mention as much in the closing section of the episode as I can if we've not discussed it in our dialogue. Feel free to include any stand-out causes you'd like to support if you yourself or your organisation is not currently prioritising publicising a particular campaign or product.

In the final section on referring additional guests, I'd invite you to include as much detail as you feel is appropriate - name, name or organisation, public domain profile (LinkedIn/Facebook etc), organisation website, media features etc. A simple name and an email will do, but the more you can add the better a sense I'll get for the Better World leader you're recommending.

Thanks for taking the time to respond to these questions - looking forward to talking with you on the show!

Be well, lead well and build a better world,

Tim

1.

Describe how your leadership is making the world better?

2.

Share a little of your backstory for the start of the show...

Just describe enough here for me to get a sense of who you are and where you came from, just so I can hone my questions at the start of the show.

3.

Can you reference a few 'moments of meaning' that called you towards leading to make a better world?

Examples for me are making teachers cry in school assembly's that I delivered on Third World Debt, or being asked to be the 'padrino' of a school I helped build in Peru, or a moment of clarity preparing my home for bush fire attack. These moments draw us, speak to us and call us towards our purpose as Better World Leaders. What have yours been?

4.

Describe what you believe the role of leaders is in making the world better for all?

5.

How would you recommend leaders can become Better World Leaders?

What are 3 or 4 actionable steps you would recommend leaders could take on to move towards being a Better World Leaders?

These might be behaviours, initiatives, processes...really over to you but ideally based on your experiences and expertise.

6.

What is the best way for people to find out more about you?

7.

Is there a particular launch, product, service or campaign that you'd like to promote on the episode?

List as many as you like, we'll include as much as we can in the conversation broadcast, and all will be included in the show notes.

8.

Any other Better World Leaders you'd recommend we reach out to for future episodes?

Feel free to recommend peers, Research colleagues, industry advocates, co-authors or simply a great leader who is striving to make the world better.

Name and email will suffice, but the more info you can include the easier it is for us to engage with them.

Thanks heaps!
