First, an interactive content forum hosted by Tim & Mel providing an overview of the context of Create, why creating an innovative products, services, experiences and relationships has become to minimum requirement for organisations to survive the constantly disrupted markets we all face. Leaders both need to nurture and develop their own creativity, as well as lead diverse creative teams, often across expansive geographies, varied cultures and remote locations. We discuss how to optimally manage the creative process from ideation to delivery.

Second, a 'campfire' discussion to share experiences and explore how regenerative Creating is relevant in your context, with applicable learning insights shared by Tim & Mel as well as the Curated Conversations community of collaborative leaders.

Third, a Challenge week - 15mins each morning for 5 days with Tim & Mel sharing a new practice or technique to experiment with by apply within your daily leadership.

Finally a Reflective session to share and explore what's worked for you and what hasn't, what you've learnt and what you intend to do moving on beyond the completion of this topic section.

Once these 4 stages are complete you will gain access to an on-line resource area to review all of the content and resources shared on an on-going basis.
