Who is this course for?

This course is for leaders who are new to their roles, potentially in their first leadership or managerial role.

It would also benefit leaders who have been leading for 1 or 2 years and are seeking to refine some focal areas of their skillset at a high level, before they dive deeper.

This course could also be of use to those who aspire to leadership in the near future and want to prepare themselves to take their first step into a leadership role.

How is the course structured?

The course framework are modules covering each of the topics you see in the sections above. These are Leadership Fundamentals, Leadership Behaviours, Leadership Capabilities and Leadership Skills.

Each module is an independent learning area, with it's own content and resources.

All modules are of course inter-related, aside from the fundamentals which are the baseline for the course, all other modules can be selected as stand-alone development areas.

When can I start?

If you are signing up for the course yourself, you can get started right away.

If you are one of a group from your company, there maybe a defined time for the commencement of your course so that you can progress together alongside your colleagues. Your 4i contact will confirm the arrangements with you.

What do I do if I have a question about a module?

1) The first step would be to check the course forum to see if anyone else has had a similar query that has been posted and responded to in the past.

2) Send us an email via the 'Got a Question?' button on the main course site.

3) Give us a call, the 4i team are available to you during office hours Australian Eastern time and US Pacific time.
