4iLeadership reflects frequently on our own values.  We endeavour to always ensure that our clients, our team at 4i and all those we encounter through the course of our work, benefit from the values we hold ourselves accountable to. At the completion of each phase of our work, 4i will invite all of the program participants to provide feedback on how their experience reflects these values being upheld.  This is a primary way we measure our success and seek to continually learn and improve.

As your Coaching Organization, we will not only ask you what you want to be asked, but what you may not want to be asked, what you may fear to be asked, and ultimately what you need to be asked. We will earn your trust, we will always fully respect you, and we will respect the confidentiality of the content of all exchanges throughout the engagement.
