How much time do I need for this program?
In the self paced program, the amount of time you dedicate weekly is up to you. We recommend 1-2 hours a week. The Virtual programs include live gatherings, together with workplace application, so 1-3 hours per week.
Can I involve my team?
Yes, the program is designed to enable leaders to bring their team into some of the practice and application.
Do I get a certificate on completion?
Yes - a digital certificate is provided on completion of each cluster.
What's the benefit of the virtual gatherings?
Interaction with peers as you progress along the learning and change journey, the opportunity to benefit from the collective, as well as support to help you sustain change.
Do I have access to resources?
Yes, once you join the Being Leaders program, you will be invited to join the digital community forum, where all course resources are available, and you can join the conversation with other members.
