The program enables experiential in the moment learning and sustains applied leadership capability building. 

We begin with exploration of the Being Leaders framework, collective sharing and discovery at your campfire sessions, behavioural shifts activated through peer triads and workplace challenges and reflections and actions that sustain change guide by your facilitators and the collective through and over threshold moments. 

Participants are invited to bring a project into their Being Leaders program through which they apply the learning, sharing back with their teams their experience as it unfolds, or by walking alongside their team on the program.

This journey builds both capability and lifelong networks with like minded leaders.

These are some of the questions people most frequently ask us:

How much time do I need for this program?

In the self paced program, the amount of time you dedicate weekly is up to you.  We recommend 1-2 hours a week.  The Virtual programs include live gatherings, together with workplace application, so 1-3 hours per week.

Can I involve my team?

Yes, the program is designed to enable leaders to bring their team into some of the practice and application.  

Do I get a certificate on completion?

Yes - a digital certificate is provided on completion of each cluster.

What's the benefit of the virtual gatherings?

Interaction with peers as you progress along the learning and change journey, the opportunity to benefit from the collective, as well as support to help you sustain change.

Do I have access to resources?

Yes, once you join the Being Leaders program, you will be invited to join the digital community forum, where all course resources are available, and you can join the conversation with other members.

What's next after Being Leaders?

Once you have completed the full program, we will invite you to join Insighting Leaders which meets monthly.
